Estate Sale Permission Form
In accordance with the Windance Homeowners Association CC & R’s Section 9, Article 9.3 owners moving or the estate of a deceased owner my hold an estate sale provided the Board has been given at least (2) weeks’ notice and the owner or estate representative signs an “Estate Sale Permission Form” to be kept on file by the Board Secretary. Said “Form” shall be available on the Windance web page or Board Secretary. Any owner or owner’s estate failing to abide by the conditions in this section, failing to complete and submit the “Estate Sale Permission Form” shall immediately close down their sale.
The following estate sale guidelines need to be followed:
· There can only be one estate sale
· The estate sale can be up to two continuous days in length
· The estate sale hours must be between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:00PM
· The owner or estate representative shall manage street parking to ensure that emergency vehicle access is not impacted, and driveways and mailboxes are not blocked
