Windance is a residential community located in Northeast Tacoma, Washington containing 72 individual homes. Surrounded by the Northshore Golf Course, many of the homes border on the golf course.
Windance takes pride in maintaining a first-class community and therefore is governed by
C, C, and R's and By-Laws. (see the home page for these documents). Volunteers from the community staff the Board of Directors, committees and community activities.
In complying with the laws governing homeowners associations, a Reserve Study is completed
annually by a third party consulting firm, specializing in Reserve Analysis. This insures the reserves are sufficient for the expenditures identified in the Reserve Plan. The Reserve Plan and any changes to it, are approved by the homeowners.
The Windance Homeowners Association is responsible for:
- weekly lawn care
- exterior house and trim painting (based on Reserve Plan Schedule)
- deck painting or staining (based on Reserve Plan Schedule)
- bi-annual concrete patio cleaning
- annual exterior window cleaning
- annual gutter cleaning
